Once your made-to-order piece is ready and certified, we pack it in adorable boxes and ship it through reliable shipping companies. The product will be delivered at your doorstep. We take extra care in shipping jewellery since it’s a high value item. Thus, each and every order delivery is transit insured to make sure that your perfect piece reaches you safely. The order shall reach you in 10-15 business days if it’s not in stock. If your order is already available in our inventory, it will be shipped within 1-2 days and be delivered with 4-6 days.

Though the chances are minimal, but in the event that your order gets misplaced during transit, we will re-ship the product to you without any additional cost. The complete responsibility of the order rests on our shoulder till we deliver the product safely in your hands. You can rest be assured that the product you have ordered and paid for, will come to you by all means

Exchange, Returns & Refunds FAQ

Gold & Diamond Jewellery – You surely can. Any product bought from this website comes with a lifetime exchange guarantee. Silver Jewellery – The lifetime exchange guarantee is not offered on the silver jewellery collection. You can only return the silver jewellery purchased within the first 30 days from the date of delivery, if the product is unused and not damaged.
We understand that knowing your perfect ring size can be a task. Therefore we provide you the option to get your ring resized for free with us. In the event that your ring is not a perfect fit, a pickup can be arranged from your home. Once the ring is received at our workshop, we would do everything required to make sure that your precious little things sits perfectly on your beautiful fingers. Once we are sure that we have the correctly sized ring for you, we will again ship the product back to you with insurance.
We exercise a friendly “No-Questions-Asked” return policy to allow you the comfort to experience our products. We believe 30 days is a comfortable period to get to understand the product and decide if it’s up to your liking or not. You can exchange any products (provided it’s not customized, custom-made or you weren’t already informed that the ordered product cannot be returned) bought from this website at 100% of the invoice price within 30 days of the receipt of the product. After 30 days, you would have to use the lifetime exchange option for gold and diamond jewellery. Silver jewellery do not fall under the lifetime exchange guarantee.
During returns & exchange, it is mandatory that the product be in perfectly intact condition along with the certificates & bill issued along with it. Gold & Diamond Jewellery – Normal wear and tear of the product is acceptable for exchange requests only. On return requests, it is required that the product be accompanied with the tags, bills & certificates issued with it. The products that are not in ideal condition shall be duly inspected and appraised at our laboratory before disclosing the return value of the product at that point of time. Silver Jewellery – Raise a return request by contacting the customer support. The order will be picked up by KuberBox’s logistic partners and upon receiving the returned product in our warehouse, the refund would be initiated to the original payment source. For COD orders, bank account details matching the same first name and last name as the order billing details is important.

Returns:
Once the returned order is received in our warehouse, it will be checked for its completeness within 1 day. We will check the product for any damage, intentional abuse, missing stones, diamonds, chipped metals, intentional deep scratches, etc. Products that pass this check would be applicable for 100% of the refund amount back to the source of payment. For COD orders, bank account details matching the same first name and last name as the order billing details is important. Damaged items would need to be appraised for the loss of value and the same would be passed on to the customer. In such cases, proofs will be provided by latestgiftmall showing the sent product packing video and received product unpacking video. We encourage customers to keep photos and videos of the return packing of the order for their reference.


Exchange:
After the receipt of the product at the workshop, the product will be checked and appraised for its fair value under prevailing market prices. The exchange value will be determined by deducting the making charges, the taxes, the pickup charges and the charges for missing or damaged metal or stones. A proforma credit note will be provided for reference when the exchange request is placed. On agreeing to the proforma credit note, product will be picked up by latestgiftmall. Upon receiving the product back in the warehouse, a final credit note will be issued as per the current date which will be final and binding. If you wish to cancel the exchange request after receiving the final credit note, the pickup and delivery charge needs to be paid by you before the product can be shipped back to you again. If you proceed with the exchange request, a credit note voucher code will be issued to you with a validity of 6 months. You can buy any product on our website, excluding gold coins, silver coins, solitaires, gold chains using that voucher code.

International Order FAQ

You can make the payment via PayPal in any foreign currency of your choice (except INR). In any case if you are not able to complete the payment at your end, KuberBox will send you a PayPal payment link to collect the foreign currency payment for your order. Please note that our website won’t let you make an INR payment for shipping addresses outside India.
If you wish to use your international card for making the payment, the website will re-direct you to the payment gateway and you can make the payment via PayPal without any hassle. Also, if you wish to use any Indian card or want to make the payment in Indian currency, this can also be done on the website’s payment gateway. This way both the options are available to you.
Unfortunately, there are no other ways around it. We ship all our international orders via proper paperwork and that requires us to show that the payment has been received in foreign currency. A lot of our customers who don’t have their own international cards have asked their friends abroad to make such payments on their behalf. Please be assured that we are working on some other workable alternatives for you.
The standard shipping charges are INR 1798 per shipment. For premium shipping, charges are INR 6999. Standard shipments are sent via India Post. Timeline is 7-8 working days for manufacturing (If product not in stock) and 24-48 hrs (if available in stock) and 11-21 days for delivery. Premium shipments are sent via UPS or FedEx. Timeline is manufacturing timeline + 4-5 days for delivery.

While making payment via PayPal, if the transaction does not succeed , no need to worry as we will help you out. A few of the possible reasons can be – 1) You might be using an Indian card to make the payment. PayPal only accepts International cards and payment must be done in foreign currency. 2) In some international cards, there is a amount limitation fixed by the foreign bank, if such is the case then you need to contact your bank , verify the transaction and you are good to go. 3) If your payment was declined, you may need to confirm the email address associated with PayPal. Update the expiration date or billing address associated with your credit or debit card. 4) You may have a limitation placed on your PayPal account. You can find steps to lift a limitation in the Resolution Center. 5) To protect your account, PayPal uses a complex screening process and review every payment before it’s approved. This is similar to the way most banks and credit card companies work. Occasionally, when PayPal pass the transaction to your bank or card issuer, they can decide to pass/decline it. An international card might be denied because of the following reasons :- The card issuer is having technical problems that prevent authorization of a transaction. The card issuer sees a charge that doesn’t fit your normal spending patterns and blocks the transaction to protect you. You have exceeded the limit on your card.
Contact your card issuer directly. Ask why your card was declined, and whether you can still use it. If you can still use your card, please try your transaction again. Pay securely online using your bank account. You can link your bank account to your PayPal account in just a few minutes. The merchant never sees your financial or other personal information. Try to link a different credit card to your PayPal account.
No, that would not be the case. We can merge all your products in one single order and ship it together. That way you only have to pay the shipping charges once.
If the shipping and billing address is different in an international order, in that case you can share a declaration on our email address mentioning the reason for the same. The format for the same will be shared by our customer support team. Secondly, the PayPal address should match your order’s delivery address.
PayPal deducts around 10% transaction and currency conversion charges which is 8% higher than the charges we pay for payments received otherwise. So set off this 8% and at the same time make it convenient for our foreign-based buyers, we put a 4.5% currency conversion charges for all PayPal payments. This is not something new and this is the ideal procedure for all our PayPal payments.

We do not offer 30-Days Returns & Lifetime Exchange Guarantee on International shipments, nor do we allow cancellations in case of international orders. But we do accept all types of repair or replacement request in case of any issues with the product. The shipping charges of returning the product from your location and we shipping the product again has to be borne by you.
